Small Production Lots
Hawk Semiconductor offers the ability to do non-CMOS MEMS and silicon fabrication in small production lots. This gives the customer a significant reduction in NRE costs to develop the process, as well as a smaller total price when only 1000’s - 1000000’s of devices are needed.
We offer single-layer processing as well.
Due to the nature of our facility, we can run processes many other foundries would reject due to material segregation issues.
PDMS Casting
We recently expanded our PDMS casting line to better serve the biotesting and medical communities. We have the ability to make custom molds from CAD designs so we can cast completely custom parts in-house.
We also work with other polymer materials including polyimide.
Our parts are made in class 1000 or better clean room facilities, and we offer expedited services to our clients. The output is parts assembled either from provided molds or CAD drawing with custom molds made in-house.
Mask Layout and Process Design
Using common software packages, we can help with device layout and create a process flow to make your device.
